This is beautiful photography- I'll start by saying that. You've successfully created a piece of art with fantastic contrast and an incredibly eye-appealing quality.

I particularly like the off-centered structure as I'm a huge fan of off-center subjects! So bravo there . The clouds in the sky are captivating but without taking your attention from the subject.

The only suggestions I would make are the following. The top right corner of the shot, where the darker cloud is, seemed to be only a little noisy which can easily be fixed in an editing program. Also, because you're photographing a tall structure I would recommend shaving just a little bit more off the right side of the shot. To keep the subject off-center you can even shave a little off the right hand side too, just not too much. Make the frame taller to suit the height of the structure. This last is strictly opinion on my part.

Either way this shot is beautiful and an insta-fav!

This picture caught my eye immediately. The mood of the photo is captivating; it's subtly sad but still very charming. The contrast is also very nice as well, and although the main focus is on the windmill and sky, the grass is still in good focus and contast as well, the sky almost appears as though it's painted, and parts of the windmill are silhouette. All of the techniques in this photo are done very well, and the overall melancholy but sweet mood is something I like a lot as well. Very well done, and a definite favourite of mine. :]
